Retailer passes are intended for decision-makers at licensed Massachusetts dispensaries, such as buyers, purchasing managers, owners, GMs, and AGMs. Approved Retailers will receive a complimentary 2-day pass to Flower Expo.

Budtender passes are available to all other staff members at licensed Massachusetts dispensaries. Approved Budtenders will receive a complimentary 1-day pass to Flower Expo, valid for Day 2 only.

All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, you will receive an email confirming your status along with further instructions!

If you are an approved Retailer or Budtender, you will receive an email containing your digital ticket closer to the event.

Flower Expo does not have a hard limit on dispensary attendance, as each shop operates in a different way! However, we do ask that Retailer registrations are limited to legitimate decision-makers to provide the best experience for all attendees. Inaccurate Retailer registrations may be denied, or downgraded to Budtender.

Please note that some dispensaries have specific preferences as to which staff members can attend and represent their business. We encourage checking with your team and/or supervisors prior to registration!

Applications from dispensaries that are in development, opening soon, or located in a nearby state will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please submit your application above and it will be considered!

Please note that smoke shops, CBD stores, and unlicensed hemp-derived THC stores are not considered retailers. Applicants from these entities are encouraged to purchase Industry GA Passes here.

To create the best Flower Expo experience for our attendees, complimentary Retailer and Budtender admission is reserved for roles that directly relate to retail management, customer interaction, and/or dispensary operations. Thus, cultivators, salespeople, post-harvest, trimmers, etc are not eligible, even if the business contains a retail element.

Industry professionals in these categories may attend if their brand is exhibiting at the event and assigns them an exhibitor ticket—otherwise they may purchase Industry GA Passes.

Although Flower Expo is a consumption-friendly environment, only Exhibitors with reserved booth space are permitted to bring cannabis into the event. Retailers, Budtenders, and all other attendees are subject to search upon entry, and any cannabis found must be discarded or returned to your vehicle.
