Jason M. Bello Founder & CEO
Graduating with a BS in Real Estate Development, Jason has always been driven by a passion for creating value and opportunities—especially within the ever-evolving cannabis industry. Jason has developed some of the most dynamic cannabis events and brands, including Hall of Flowers, Green Street Festival, and Source Cannabis, where he honed in on his expertise in sales, marketing, and business development.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, Jason’s inclination towards curating exceptional events has been a defining force in his career. “I believe in doing great work—work that I love, that drives success, and that makes a lasting impact on others.”
Jason is dedicated to elevating the cannabis industry by fostering meaningful connections between buyers and sellers. Kai Brady Director of Business Development
Kai Brady currently serves as Director of Business Development at Flower Expo, spearheading the organization’s marketing, operations, and media relations. Prior to joining Flower Expo in 2023, Kai developed an extensive background in cannabis marketing, graphic design, and video production, most notably leading the marketing department at Source Cannabis. Kai is passionate about increasing acceptance of the cannabis industry through Flower Expo’s innovative event platform, which combines productive connections with an atmosphere that is authentic to cannabis culture.
Kai was raised in Malibu, CA and attended the University of Southern California, where he kickstarted his cannabis career as a founding member of the Cannabis at USC student organization before graduating in 2021. He also serves on the board of the Trojan Cannabis Network (TCN), a counterpart alumni organization.
Emily Chisick Director of Retail Relations

Emily Chisick is the Retail Relations Director at Flower Expo, where she connects dispensaries across the state to the industry’s premier B2B event. Passionate about building meaningful relationships, Emily takes pride in understanding what makes each company unique and ensuring that every retailer enjoys an experience that is both rewarding and impactful.
Born and raised in Orange County, CA, Emily earned a B.A. in Strategic and Corporate Communication from Chapman University and an M.S. in Marketing with an emphasis in Consumer Behavior from USC’s Marshall School of Business. With a strong foundation in cannabis, hospitality, and event management, she brings a wealth of experience in both consumer-focused and B2B events.
Emily excels at creating experiences that blend fun and purpose, ensuring that Flower Expo is not only an engaging event but also a valuable opportunity for every retailer. Whether through high-energy networking or curating thoughtful event details, she works to foster an atmosphere that balances connection, growth, and enjoyment.
Diana Dao Senior Account Executive
Diana thrives on creating meaningful connections and helping brands make the most of their time at Flower Expo. A UC Irvine graduate with roots in San Gabriel Valley, she brings a mix of industry knowledge, strategy, and a personal touch to every conversation.
With a deep understanding of what exhibitors need to succeed, Diana is dedicated to making sure every brand gets in front of the right people. Whether it’s finding the perfect booth space or uncovering new opportunities, she’s always ready to help exhibitors maximize their experience.

Francesca started her cannabis career in January of 2020 budtending at Sunnyside. It was during her time as a Brand Ambassador at Northeast Alternatives that she was affectionately named “Dab Cowgirl” by the Massachusetts market. She experienced MA’s first Flower Expo as the Field Marketing Manager for PAX. She joined Flower Expo in early 2024 to launch the Pot Shop series, featuring budtenders, brands, dispensaries, and grows around the country.
As a former budtender, Francesca is proud to travel and work for the only cannabis expo with an entire day dedicated to budtender education and connections.
